Awesome Things We Found in the Warehouse Today!
Every so often, as in any artistic process, there are parts that need to be redone, edited out, or re-imagined. Through the pencil sketch part of the animation process is when some of these scenes can be found. We love this note from the director we found over a potential scene of sketches that, it sounds like understandably, was removed from the film. It makes us smile.
It makes us smile because it is good to remember that even in a masterpiece like The Swan Princess films, it was a process to make them. Its a swanderful thing to remember in our own lives that if one scene doesn't go right in our day, we can still edit, revamp, and turn it into a masterpiece of a day!
This month we're celebrating Mei Li's birthday! This makes her astrological sign Cancer and her birthstone the ruby.
Cancer signs are very sensitive and sentimental. Their heart rules over their head. Better in small groups, Cancer signs are known for being fiercely loyal friends and for their good natured sense of humor.
