How many times does Odette change into a swan in the first movie?
After Rothbart's attack, we see Odette in her swan form.After Odette pulls the arrow from Puffin's wing and Rothbart appears to propose again, Odette transforms into her swan form. This is the only time we see the transformation on the water.When Odette is explaining to Puffin the rules of her transformation, and Odette, Puffin, Speed, and Jean-Bob sing "No Fear."When Derek goes in search of The Great Animal, and Puffin and Odette are flying.During Rothbart's song, he transforms an image of Odette into her swan form and then into Bridgette.When Rothbart has Odette locked up before the ball, and Puffin, Speed, and Jean-Bob plot to rescue her. Then Bridget/Odile makes her appearance at the ball, Derek prepares to make the vow to her, and Odette, in her swan form, furiously taps at the windows to warn Derek before having to fly back to the lake.So, we see Odette in her swan form 5 times (6 times if you include Rothbart's villain song), but we only see her swan transformation once.
