Traditions are a wonderful way to make memories. Here are some of the holiday traditions we have in the castle:
The night before Christmas everyone opens one present. We all know what's inside because its the same every year... a new pair of pajamas! We all go change into our new, comfy wares and spend the rest of the evening together in our PJs

On Christmas morning the first item of business is
German Pancakes
Melt 1/2 cup butter in 9x13 dripper pan in the oven while it is preheating to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a blender place - 1 cup flour, 1 cup milk, a pinch of salt, and 6 eggs.
Blend well.
Pour mixture on the melted butter in the 9x13 dripper pan.
Cook for 20 mins.
Note: Pancakes may rise while cooking, do not cover.
Some tasty topping options are maple syrup or powdered sugar with lemon juice.
